What happened in Emmerdale tonight?: Robert Sugden returned to interrupt Aaron and John’s wedding day.

It was a comeback not one villager was expecting to see.

Here’s what else happened as well as this…

Sarah told Jacob about her IVF plans

After admitting that she has cervical cancer, Sarah told Jacob that she found out through an IVF appointment rather than a routine check-up.

She then admitted that doctors were only removing her cervix so she should still be able to have a baby.

Jacob then accused Sarah of being selfish for wanting a baby when her life expectancy was much lower than the average person. He explained how upsetting it was to lose Leyla, and he didn’t want Sarah’s baby to have to go through that at such a young age. Yikes. How compassionate.

Lewis found out the truth – and Mack was in a pickle

Lewis caught Mackenzie in his loft amongst his cannabis plants, talking to him through his home security app.

With Mack ending up being stuck in there and missing his chance to be Aaron’s best man at the wedding, Lewis only agreed to let his go once Ross told him the truth about Emma.

Due to a slip up made by Ross, Lewis finally discovered that Moira killed his mum – not Adam…

What happened in Emmerdale tonight: Clemmie and Joe made up over milkshakes

Joe and Clemmie started to bond over milkshakes, much to Billy’s annoyance.

It seemed that Clemmie and Joe both had something in common – their love of money, with Clemmie sharing her hopes and dreams of being rich. Perhaps she’ll own Home Farm one day?

Billy wasn’t impressed though and suggested that Dawn moves out of Home Farm with the kids and away from Joe. Dawn shouldn’t have an issue with this if she didn’t have feelings for Joe anymore… right?
