Classic Emmerdale Spoilers Share By Kerry Barrett Jun 9 2025 By Kerry Barrett Jun 9 2025 The Kings are in court in our Classic Emmerdale preview for this week, after Pearl reports Jimmy to the police over the murder of his dad, Tom King. Elsewhere, Del and Diane are trying to get Eric and Val back together, Paddy sees more of his friend Rita than he was expecting, and Eli’s attempts to help Marlon backfire big time. These episodes originally aired in March 2007. Bob’s worried about the twins Viv’s feeling overwhelmed when the twins won’t stop crying. Emily offers to take the babies for a walk, but Bob’s worried and fears she’s stolen them! When Emily comes back with the twins, she realises what Bob thought of her and offended at their lack of trust, she takes off with Sam in tow. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Val’s upset with Bob, and she’s not happy when he announces he’s going to be a stay-at-home dad! Emily’s pleased when Sam asks her to look after Samson but Zak’s not happy. And he’s even more worried when Sam accidentally calls Emily, Alice. Eric’s back – and David’s plotting! With Eric back from his trip, David sweet-talks Del into keeping quiet, by telling her he’s in love with her and that she’s part of his plan. Del believes him, but she’s still got a few misgivings. She agrees to keep quiet with a few conditions. With Eric convinced Val returned the money herself, she turns detective. She goes to the bar to prove they found the cash, but they don’t know what she’s talking about. Val implies to Eric that David took the money and tells him to choose – her or his son! Eli means well but he ends up making everything worst – leaving Marlon furious! (Credit: ITV/Shutterstock) Eli makes everything worse in Classic Emmerdale preview Eli turns up with a digger trying to help Marlon and Donna on their build. But when he hits a water pipe he causes more damage – and the building inspector is on the way! The Dingles pitch in to help repair the damage and Marlon’s pleased when he arrives to see things looking good. But the building inspector discovers the burst water main. Marlon tries to bribe him into overlooking it, but he tells him they need to start from scratch. Marlon resents Donna for letting Eli help with the build. But after a chat with his brother he apologises to Donna and admits they need professional builders to help. Marlon goes back to work at the pub, and accepts a job with Debbie. But Donna’s resentful. Paddy gets an eyeful! Paddy goes to a life drawing class but he’s mortified to find Rita is the model. When she asks to see his picture she realises he’s drawn her with a t-shirt on! She insists they go for a drink. Classic Emmerdale: Billy and Edna are bonding Billy moves in with Edna. Len’s worried for his friend’s safety. When Edna invites Len to a lunch she’s throwing as a chance for Billy and Daz to bond, Len warns him not to hurt Edna. Later, Edna defends Billy to Len but when she catches her new lodger poking round the living room she wonders if she’s made a mistake. Billy replaces the £10 he took from the kitty jar. At work later, Eli teases him about getting Edna to make him sandwiches. Billy loses their bet and Eli spots where he gets the money from to pay him. Obviously he helps himself and when the theft is discovered, Billy gets the blame. Billy forces Eli to confess and Edna is sorry. Pearl overhears Jimmy and Kelly talking about the false alibi (Credit: ITV/Shutterstock) Pearl goes to the police! And the Kings face the music Pearl is shocked when she overhears Jimmy and Kelly talking about the false alibi. When Kelly realises Pearl knows, she warns her not to go to the police. Jimmy offers her a sweetener to stay quiet, but Pearl isn’t convinced. Later, they’re worried when Pearl doesn’t show up to work. They’re right to be worried because the detectives – Barraclough and Desari – arrive and take them to the station for questioning. Kelly crumbles and admits she gave Jimmy a false alibi. When the brothers appear in court, Kelly breaks down, blaming herself for what she’s done. And Jimmy blames her too! Rosemary revels in the situation. There’s another shock in store, though, when Kelly is arrested. The police scare her with talk of prison and she’s soon calling Jimmy for help. Len’s got a lot on his mind Meanwhile, Pearl hides out, worried about what she’s done. And Rosemary delights in filling Len in! As Pearl worries about Len’s affection for Edna, Sandy tells Len Pearl’s got a point. So Len digs out her old engagement ring. But romance isn’t working for Rodney as Paul and Jonny get closer, leaving him feeling like a spare part. Zak and Lisa fight over fees in Classic Emmerdale When Zak takes Belle to work, she and Rosemary bond. Rosemary once again offers to pay Belle’s school fees. Zak tries to convince Lisa to change her mind, while Belle listens from her hiding place on the stairs. Lisa’s not happy when she realises Belle calls Rosemary her auntie, and she tells her she doesn’t want charity. But Zak convinces her the money is from a charitable trust. For the sake of Belle’s education, Lisa agrees. But it’s not long before she works out the money has come from Rosemary and she’s livid! Samson’s in danger! Their argument is forgotten, though, when Sam rushes in, worried about Samson. They take the tot to hospital where he’s diagnosed with meningitis. Sam keeps vigil at his son’s bedside, while Emily rushes to be with him. She’s shocked when Sam says he’ll kill himself if Samson dies. But the pair are overjoyed when the doctor says the little lad will be fine. Meanwhile, Belle’s suffering symptoms too. Rosemary’s horrified by all the drama and rushes to be with Zak and Lisa. They’re relieved when it turns out Belle just has flu. When things calm down, Sam decides it’s time to stand on his own two feet. When Paul mentions that Emily’s not happy at Victoria Cottage, Sam enquires about renting Dale View for him, Emily and Samson. Eric and Val argue – again! Del and Diane play Cupid in a bid to get Eric and Val back together. They arranges a slap-up meal for the pair and it’s all going well until they start arguing about David – again! Val tells Eric David’s only after his money and she lays into Del for sticking by him, too Trouble in store for the Sugdens in Classic Emmerdale Jack feels left out when he offers to take Daz for dinner, only to find he’s made plans with Billy. He confides his worries in Diane and later he asks Daz if he still wants to continue with the adoption. Diane’s touched to receive a mother’s day gift from Daz. But she’s less happy when she finds out Billy lent him the money. Victoria asks awkward questions about her mother’s death, leaving Diane lost for words.
