Elsewhere, Carrie gets a shock when a stranger arrives at Home Farm in a very eye-catching way. Jo’s goats are causing chaos, and Paddy’s made a dangerous enemy. Marlon and Eli at loggerheads Marlon and Donna are heartbroken as Lilith prepares to take the kids back to Ireland with her. Eli is smug when he turns up and Lilith quietly thanks him for his help. Meanwhile, Marlon and Donna decide that with the children having moved away, they should try to have a baby of their own. But Eli frustrates those plans too, when he interrupts their romantic evening. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Fed up with his brother, Marlon warns him he’s outstayed his welcome. He takes the afternoon off to spend more time with Donna, and he’s annoyed when yet again Eli bursts in, telling him he’ll leave when he’s ready. At a loss, Marlon realises he’s going to have to let Eli stay or risk him telling Donna the truth about the armed robbery. But an oblivious Donna steps in and gives Eli one week to find somewhere else to live. A sad reminder Elsewhere, Ashley holds his memorial for the victims of the house collapse. But little TJ doesn’t really understand what’s going on. He’s heartbroken when he realises that his mum isn’t at the service as he’d hoped. Duke buys a balloon for TJ to release into the sky for his mum, and Terry is touched by his dad’s gesture. Diane and Billy can’t act on their feelings (Credit: ITV/Shutterstock) Diane’s smitten Wanting a distraction from Val and Billy returning from their holiday, Diane invites Jack for a drink in Hotten. But she’s disappointed when he has too much work. Later as the couple return, Val’s boasting about their break drives Diane to hide from her sister. She finally gets a moment alone with Billy. Acknowledging their feelings for each other, they agree they can’t act on them as they have too much to lose. Victoria’s past comes back to haunt her Victoria and Kayleigh are off an outdoor pursuits trip with their school. Their enthusiasm for the trip increases after learning that they will be accompanied by their sexy new teacher, Christian. On the trip, Victoria flirts like mad with Christian but things go wrong when she realises she’s expected to do water sports. As Christian tries to get her into a canoe, Victoria has a frightening flashback to her near-drowning incident after the truck crash and she hits Christian! The school call Diane but Jack’s gone off somewhere, so Billy offers to accompany Diane to school, to explain Victoria’s water phobia. Later Jack is grateful to Billy that his thoughtful intervention has stopped Victoria from getting expelled, but love-struck Diane is struggling with her ever-growing feelings for Billy! Though Jack’s grateful that Billy stepped in, he feels hurt when he realises that Victoria feels more comfortable confiding in Billy than in him. Trying to grow closer to his daughter, Jack encourages Victoria to open up to him whenever she needs to, but Victoria still talks to Billy about her problems. Emily faces the future Ashley has a word about letting Emily work at the playgroup. When Jo brings Sarah to the nursery, Emily is thrilled and thinks she might not be forced to leave her job after all. Jo lies that Andy changed his mind, but Andy is furious when he finds out. When he realises that Sarah’s happy at playgroup, though, Andy is forced to backtrack, and he grumpily agrees to let Emily stay in her job. The Dingles aren’t happy that Andy’s accepted Emily back into Sarah’s life but won’t let her spend time with them. After some persuasion, Andy agrees to let them babysit and he and Jo enjoy a night out. Viv’s in demand! Viv’s delighted when Cathy and Heath make the finals of the Beautiful Baby competition. But when Heath wins, she worries that Cathy will be scarred for life after being overlooked! When the photographer comes to take the pics, Heath won’t stop crying, so Viv poses with Cathy instead. And she’s soon attracting attention when her photograph appears in the paper. Wanting to cash in on Viv’s fame, the newspaper bosses offer her the job as the Hotten Courier’s new agony aunt! Louise finally admits how she feels about Jamie (Credit: ITV/Shutterstock) Jamie and Louise make it official! Jamie and Louise have another night together, though he’s almost caught by Terry. And when eagle-eyed Viv spots Jamie searching for gifts online, she guesses that he’s got a new love interest on the go. Jamie tells Louise that he’s struggling to keep things quiet, but she insists that he doesn’t tell anyone. The next day, Jamie sneaks off from work to spend the afternoon with Louise. But their time together is interrupted by Viv bashing on the door, demanding to know where Jamie’s gone. Panicking about being caught out, Louise urges Jamie to get rid of Viv before she sees them together. Jamie does but he’s hurt that Louise is ashamed to be seen with him. He plucks up the courage to demand that they go public with their romance, but it backfires when Louise finishes with him! Upset Jamie confides in Donna, but when Eli spots them together, he sees a chance to annoy Marlon. He finds his brother and hints that Donna and Jamie may be having an affair. Donna is forced to confess to Marlon that Jamie is seeing Louise. Obviously Viv overhears and as things fall into place for her, she confronts the secretive couple. Louise bluffs that it was just a fling, while an upset Jamie reveals that he was in love. Aww! Louise changes her mind Later Louise realises she’s made a big mistake and wants to make it up with Jamie. So Donna suggests getting one of her police colleagues to ‘arrest’ Jamie and bring him to the pub so Louise can declare her feelings for him. But Donna’s police mate gets the wrong Mr Hope and a bewildered Bob is brought to the pub instead! Louise is despairing but in an attempt to explain what happened, she reveals how she feels about Jamie anyway. And who should overhear but Jamie! He’s heard it all and he’s thrilled. He and Louise are back on! Bob tells Jamie to be discreet around Terry, given his history with Louise, but Louise isn’t interested in hiding her feelings any more! Jo’s goats cause chaos in Classic Emmerdale Jo opens the goat farm, but it’s hard work for her on her own and Andy isn’t helping. When she accidentally leaves a gate unlatched, one of the goats escapes and causes chaos in the village by helping itself to Edna’s undies from the washing line! Jo decides to get a stall on the farmer’s market for her goats’ milk, but Andy is sceptical. Against his wishes, she and Sam take the milk to the market, but they’re a bit deflated when sales are low. Just as the day comes to a close, Jo manages to make a big sale and the buyer promises he’ll be coming back for more in the future. And it looks even more positive Jo when Andy arrives to support her. Zak’s back in the ring! Zak has an unexpected reunion with his old bare-knuckle fighting rival, Mike O’Shea, when O’Shea nearly crashes into Zak’s van. Squaring up to one another, the men trade insults. O’Shea challenges Zak to face him in a bare-knuckle brawl to settle the dispute but Zak is unsure – at first. When Lisa sees a poster advertising the fight, she’s furious and bans Zak from taking part. But when Belle finds out about her dad’s past, she’s delighted! Lexi makes her presence felt immediately! (Credit: ITV/Shutterstock) There’s a new Nicholls in town! The Kings are back from their holiday and their return dinner is interrupted by a stranger. Rodney turns her away, but she isn’t giving up. Instead, she climbs in through an open window, ripping her dress off in the process. The Kings rush to investigate the disturbance and find the stranger in the kitchen dressed in only her underwear. Carrie is horrified as she recognises the woman – she’s her sister, Lexi. Classic Emmerdale: Carl and Barraclough get closer The next day, Carl comes across Barraclough drowning her sorrows in a bar after facing another career set-back. He invites himself to join her and the pair open up to one another. Carl tells her about Tom, and she confesses that her own relationship with her father was difficult. As there’s a charged moment between them. Barraclough sees an opportunity to get more info on the murder case, while Carl enjoys playing with fire. Though his brothers are furious when they hear about his dalliance, Carl can’t resist arranging another date with Barraclough. When they exchange numbers, they almost kiss! Is this still about playing games? When Carl doesn’t call, Barraclough goes to find him. Carl invites her out to dinner, playing things cool. Lexi’s causing trouble Meanwhile, back at Home Farm, Carrie’s not happy about Lexi being in the village. She warns her not to reveal that she spent time in jail, but Lexi’s not interested. The women trade insults and soon they come to blows! Carrie decides Lexi needs a job, and convinces David to give her a trial at the factory. Lexi’s not keen. Carrie forces her to the factory but she sabotages her work, and Eric fires her. David, though, offers her a job with the cleaning company instead. Paddy makes an enemy in Classic Emmerdale Paddy’s gone through the books at the vets’ and he’s ready to make an offer to buy Hari out. He asks Matthew for an advance on a payment from the Kings in order to raise the cash. But when Matthew spies an opportunity and offers to lend him the money if he can have in on the deal. Paddy turns him down. Not wanting to be in debt to the Kings, he decides to get a bank loan instead. Obviously, Matthew doesn’t take kindly to not getting his own way. He goes to visit Hari in prison and blackmails him into raising his asking price. Paddy isn’t impressed when Hari tells him his new price and quickly realises that Matthew is involved.
