Robert may have only returned recently – but we have all been waiting nearly six years for this moment. Tonight’s visit to the Dales showed Aaron defend Robert – to John. Robert had been babysitting Harry when John got jealous and manipulated the little boy into triggering Rob’s prison struggles. But when John boasted about it to Aaron, his new-husband didn’t give him the reaction he wanted. And Emmerdale spoilers show that next week, Aaron heads to see Robert. And they finally admit their feelings are very much still there. John catches Robert shouting at Harry (Credit: ITV) John manipulated Harry into annoying Robert Victoria encouraged Robert to spend some time with Harry. Initially Rob was concerned that he may hate him because of Lee. But Vic reminded her brother that even if Lee was alive – he would not be in Harry’s life. The pair head to the cafe, but Robert struggles to find something that Harry wants to do. However, Aaron spots them and sits to have a chat – leading to Robert inviting him to join their day. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Just as Aaron debated saying yes, John arrived and clearly got jealous. When alone with Harry, he told his nephew that Robert would enjoy it if he played his new drum really loudly. But the loud noise just triggered Rob’s stress and he shouted at Harry – just as John arrived. Manipulating the situation, John tried to make the whole thing sound way worse than it was. Then when he headed home, he told Aaron all about it. But Aaron wasn’t having anyone slander Robert and emphasised how much of a good dad to Seb he was. And Aaron is the one person who is able to get through to him. He heads to see Robert and finds him smashing up his room. The pair chat and Robert breaks down in his ex’s arms. Aaron can’t help but admit that he only pushed Robert away so much because of his own feelings. One thing leads to another and the pair share a passionate kiss. And ultimately the end up back in bed with each other. While Emmerdale fans will be thrilled – one person who won’t be is John Sugden. And he happens to be outside the house about to check in on Robert. But does something else stop him before he gets in the door? What else happened in Emmerdale tonight? Elsewhere in Emmerdale tonight Mack almost discovered the truth about Ross and Charity. As Ross remains adamant that he might be Charity's baby daddy - but does the timing add up? Mack fussed over Charity - but she's still hiding her secret in Emmerdale tonight Mack fussed over Charity as he thought she looked a bit ill. But it seemed she was just hiding her and Ross' secret and it was getting to her. And Sarah was adamant she and Jacob should head out and enjoy themselves before their baby comes. Charity tried to look supportive, but it's clear things were getting to her. 2. Ross and Charity argued in Emmerdale tonight At the pub, Ross once again confronted Charity asking if he was the dad of the baby. But Charity remained positive that it's Sarah and Jacob's baby she is carrying. Ross told Charity that if it's his then he wants her to get an abortion as he can't financially have another kid at the minute. But right as Charity emphasised that it wasn't his - Mack walked in. 3. Mack tried to help the Moses situation Charity and Ross pretended that they were discussing Moses. They acted like Moses was confused about the surrogacy situation and was asking more questions. Later, Mack told Charity he should speak to Moses, as he was confused at first too. But Charity forcefully told him not to do that as she doesn't want to keep dragging it up. But when alone she googled when she can get a paternity test. So the big question is - who is the daddy? 4. Jacob got emotional in Emmerdale tonight Elsewhere, Jacob opened up to Eric about how he misses Leyla and wishes she could be there to see him become a dad. It seems he's upset that his child will only have the Dingle's as family and not his side of family. 5. April's drug drop-off doesn't go to plan April was nervous about her drug drop-off and rightfully so. As she headed to the park, she was followed by a man trying to hit on her. When she left the bag down, the same guy took it and ran off. When home, April opened up to Dylan about what happened and both panicked about how Ray would react. But Dylan decided he would handle that... 6. But Ray said everything went fine! Meeting up with Ray, Dylan explained what happened between April and the guy. Initially, Ray acted like he was shocked and annoyed. But then he surprised Dylan by revealing the drugs made it to where they were supposed to and there was nothing to worry about. Dylan then admitted he and April aren't going to be doing anymore drop-offs. Ray seemed annoyed, but accepted the decision. However, something tells us this isn't the last we see of Ray...
