A video message stopped the teens in their tracks and now Dylan has been dragged away by Ray. But where is he? Has Ray killed Dylan? What has happened to him? April and Dylan were trying to escape Ray (Credit: ITV) Dylan and April’s escape plan foiled in Emmerdale tonight With April expressing her concerns Ray wasn’t really on their side and was only pretending to be Mr Nice Guy last night (Tuesday October 30) Dylan soon saw Ray’s temper flare and realised April was right. He’d been tasked with retrieving Ray’s bag of cash at Vinny’s place, but claimed he couldn’t find it. Instead we saw that Dylan had pocketed the cash. He proposed to April they run away together. As things picked up tonight, April was worried about the implications of doing a flit. Dylan said they’d get settled and then contact their families, but they needed to go fast before Ray found out. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Sadly, as they were waiting at the bus stop, Ray did find out. He saw Lewis with his cash bag and overheard him explaining to Laurel there was £3 in it when he found it. So Ray knew his other £3000 must be somewhere else. He called Dylan and April, but they ignored him. So then he sent a video of him following Leo and Rhona and threatening them and then Paddy too. Dylan and April knew they had to return to keep their loved ones safe. Dylan handed the money back to Ray, who then dragged him off in his car. Ray told April to make sure she pleased her client tomorrow and she said she would as long as Dylan wasn’t harmed. But Ray still drove Dylan off. Ray drove Dylan off to his fate (Credit: ITV) Is Dylan dead in Emmerdale? It looks like things are about to go very, very badly for Dylan. However, we can confirm that Ray does not kill him over this betrayal. Although we can’t say exactly what does happen next, we know from spoilers for next week that Dylan is very much alive and back working at the factory. He is involved in Kerry and Jai’s latest storyline when they realise they are attracted to each other. Kerry launches herself at Jai and the pair start kissing. But Dylan walks in on them and almost busts them. So we know Dylan is alive for now, but we don’t know what punishment Ray has dished out to him – or to April. Will she be forced to go through with the unthinkable in order to keep herself and Dylan safe? All of this is leading to the question just when Ray and his mum Celia will get found out for their crimes. And it looks like we have a way to go yet. Next week we will see April’s standalone episode. As the gulf between April and her dad widens, she contemplates telling him everything. Mark Charnock has promised a “staggering twist” in the episode, but will it save April? Meanwhile, it seems Bear is also connected to Ray and Celia. With Paddy finally realising Bear is missing next week, we still need to wait for his standalone episode later in November to confirm exactly what’s going on with him.
