She told Marlon she hated April and Mary said she’d never seen her daughter that angry before. April then suggested she should move out for a few weeks while the dust settled. Rhona immediately agreed, but Marlon wouldn’t hear of it. As Rhona stormed out, April said she’d go and stay with mates for a while. However, ‘mates’ clearly means Ray who had messaged her saying he’d found her a place to live. Ray is furious when Bob steps in and saves April (Credit: ITV) April moves out next week By Monday it is absolutely clear Rhona does not want April living with them. But Marlon doesn’t want his daughter to move out, knowing last time it resulted in her sleeping on the streets and being missing for months. April is determined it’s the right thing to do despite Marlon’s fears it will isolate her more. Not listening to him, April tells Ray she will take up his offer of a room. It’s clear she’s emotional about the decision, even though she remains firm in front of Marlon. Something that will infuriate him no doubt. The idea that she’s moved into the B&B causes huge relief for Marlon and Rhona who were starting to regret kicking her out. As Rhona offloads to Moira about it all, Celia happens to walk in during their conversation. She takes the opportunity to tell Rhona she’s done the right thing, which is another step to ensuring April stays far away from home – and well and truly in Celia and Ray‘s clutches. Bob might have saved April for now. But for how much longer can this go on? Read more: Who’s leaving Emmerdale? All the cast exits, arrivals and returns What else happened in Emmerdale tonight It wasn't just April whose life was a mess in Emmerdale tonight as Vinny and Gabby tried to pick up the pieces of their relationship too. Gabby confessed Gabby couldn't believe Vinny had been lying to her for months. After she discovered he'd been questioning his sexuality, she was torn between being sympathetic to his struggles and also fuming that he'd lied about it. She confided in Laurel and Nicola who advised her she needed to know where she stood. Although Nicola was at great pains to point out Gabby had fallen into the 'Bernice syndrome' trap, given her mum's history with gay husbands. Meanwhile, Vinny confided everything in mum Mandy who was as understanding as you'd expect her to be. When the couple came face to face again, Gabby blurted out that she had slept with someone in Portugal. With both of their secrets out in the open, the newlyweds decided they wanted to work through things together. But can they really get past this? Charity's guilt started to show as Mack struggled in Emmerdale tonight Sarah was banging on and on and on about the baby and even picking out paint colours for the nursery. Jacob wants buttermilk, she wants Sienna, apparently. But Jacob also wants an expensive pram which Sarah thinks is madness. Charity was clearly uncomfortable with the baby talk (hardly surprising given how rivetting it was!) and Mack pulled her up on it. He worried Sarah was getting too excited and it was making Charity struggle. Changing the subject to cover her guilt, Charity asked Mack why he was reluctant to leave the house. He tried to cover by insisting he was there for her to tell all his worries too, but refused to open up himself. So never mind fears Sarah is heading for a fall, this couple seems to be on the way there too.
