And while viewers can’t wait for Aaron to wake up and tell everyone the truth – some fear it won’t be that simple. John Sugden grabbed Aaron and threw them both off a huge cliff. It was revealed that Aaron is now in a coma. But with him being the only one to know where Mackenzie actually is, could another big twist be heading our way? With John still alive, and today’s ITVX release showcasing some sinister plots, fans have been left fearing for Aaron’s future. But he is the only one to get Robert off the hook. If he wakes up, then he will be able to tell everyone what John has been up to. And in that case, it’s over for the villain. But now fans are wondering if Aaron will have forgotten everything about the fall, which means we may have John around for a while longer. What does all of this mean for Mack? (Credit: ITV) Fans fear for Robert’s future and Mack’s life Taking to a Reddit thread, fans debated where the storyline was going. And many were angry to suspect it will take the amnesia route. One penned: “Aaron is most definitely losing his memory. These writers..” Another commented: “I hate amnesia stories. Ugh! Now this is going to drag on forever until they find Mack.” “I hope not. It can only happen if Mack dies or is unconscious for ages otherwise there’s no point in Aaron not remembering” a third wrote. A fourth feared for what this would mean for Robert. “He’ll forget.
