And it doesn’t disappoint. Ever since Robert returned from prison it’s been clear he’s hiding the true extent of his trauma from being inside. He wasn’t the same person when he came back, suffering night terrors and often unable to sleep at all. He even lashed out and punched Victoria when he was in the middle of a nightmare and she tried to wake him. However last night (Tuesday November 11) Robert discovered a man named Jez had murdered someone in prison. And it stirred up all sorts of feelings he could no longer keep buried. He confessed to Aaron and Vic that it could have been him because Jez took a dislike to him immediately. Apparently Robert was too posh and too pretty so Jez made his life a living hell – until Kev stepped in. That’s why Robert owes Kev such a debt – but there’s more as well. But even Robert doesn’t know everything Kev did (Credit: ITV) Emmerdale airs several twists in Robert prison story Tonight Robert reveals he was moved back to Hotten in 2020 and Kev became his cellmate. He recounts what happened with Jez and how things grew between him and Kev. But at the same time, Kev is talking to Dr Liam about his own lies. We see both sides of the story as we find out Kev’s perspective and Robert’s on the same situation. And let’s just say they don’t always match! Eventually Emmerdale will reveal the real reason Robert decided to finally appeal his sentence – and it’s a huge surprise. We won’t spoil it for those wanting to watch tonight, but it’s definitely worth the wait. And once we’ve recovered from that moment, we were once again stunned by a revelation Kev made, that means his time in the village might not just be connected to Robert… The episode has stirred up strong emotions (Credit: ITV) Fans react Those who have already watched it online were thrilled with the episode. “What an episode!!
