Ever since they arrived in the village, Caleb and Ruby have been thrown from drama to drama. And now that it seems they are finally able to relax and be happy together, fans are scared they’re about to be thrown apart. Spoilers for next week reveal that Anya is a stowaway, who had been hiding in the vans in the depot. But could she end up breaking Caleb and Ruby? Anya has been hiding in a van (Credit: ITV) Newcomer Anya’s arrival next week As Joe and Caleb are discussing Joe knocking Jimmy down, they are shocked to find a woman hiding in one of the vans at the depot. Spoilers indicate that Anya is evidently terrified of the pair, as Caleb tries to find a way to get her to come out of the van. And that’s right when Ruby arrives. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers The police show up in relation to the Jimmy incident, and Anya takes that as her opportunity to bolt. But Ruby chases her out and persuades her to stay with them. Unsure about what to do next, Caleb and Ruby get Dr Liam Cavanagh to check Anya over. But when he advises them to call the authorities, will Ruby do as he says? Since Emmerdale fans heard about Anya’s arrival, they have been left fearing that this is just another attempt at breaking Caleb and Ruby up. Caleb and Joe are the people to find Anya (Credit: ITV) Fans fear Emmerdale is heading for a Caleb affair Ruby and Caleb have been through quite a lot in Emmerdale. And after the whole Anthony situation it was pretty clear they would risk everything to protect each other. But for some reason, Emmerdale fans still think Caleb could stray. While discussing all of the spoilers on a Reddit thread, some Emmerdale fans debated on if Caleb and Anya would be having an affair. One fan wrote: “Oh I was waiting for this storyline. Beth Cordingly had posted a behind-the-scenes with a Romanian actress a while ago. Ned (Joe) was in the picture too. Oh please, don’t let her have an affair with Caleb.” Another responded: “Oh no. I really hope that doesn’t happen. Caleb and Ruby are perfect for each other.” However, a third joked that if she wasn’t going to have an affair with Caleb, then she should have one with Joe so he and Dawn could break-up. They penned: “Hopefully she will have an affair with Joe instead of Caleb. It would break up that awful pairing.” Whether Anya is in the show for a while or a short stint remains to be seen. But Emmerdale fans are desperate for the show to keep Ruby and Caleb together.
