But her latest behaviour towards Robert Sugden has left fans fuming. Ever since Robert made his incredible return to the soap earlier this year, Chas has been his biggest enemy. And that’s saying something when John Sugden also hates him. But it seems Chas has completely forgotten there was a time she was supportive of Robert and Aaron’s relationship. Let’s be honest, she even saw him as family towards the end. However, since he returned, it’s as though none of that ever happened. And when Chas heard what was going on, she put the blame on one person: Robert. Robert tried to tell her the truth, but she immediately accused him of shoving Aaron off the cliff. That’s just something he would never do. He tried to tell her that and emphasised just how much he loves Aaron. When she heard Robert and Aaron had slept together, she immediately slammed him for coming back and ruining Aaron’s life. It’s safe to say Emmerdale fans simply can’t wait for Chas to realise how wrong she is. But they will all struggle to forgive her… Chas blames Robert for everything (Credit: ITV) Emmerdale fans are ‘done’ with Chas Taking to a Reddit thread, fans discussed whether Chas’ character is a villain. One asked: “Is Chas just a straight up villain at this point?” Another agreed: “Can’t stand her. She thinks she owns the village.” “The eye roll in the hospital made me feel like chucking my tea at the TV! No other soap villain has ever made me feel that enraged” a third viewer slammed. An angry fan commented: “Funny enough, I have actually been thinking she was heading that way for a while now.” However, there was one fan who defended Chas for her comments. They wrote: “No she isn’t. A lot of people are way over the top with hating her (and Victoria).
