And everyone agrees it’s about time he gets out. The drama never stops in Emmerdale. But with Robert getting the blame for everything that happened with John and Aaron, Emmerdale fans are convinced it’s actually Mack’s phone which will help prove his innocence. With everyone putting emphasis on calling Mack again, adamant he would come back if he knew Aaron was injured. Could Mack’s phone actually already be in the hospital? Did Aaron have Mack’s phone in his pocket? (Credit: ITV) Aaron discovered John had Mack’s phone Last week, John was drugging Aaron after discovering he had slept with Robert. He wanted to prove to his husband how much he needed him and the only way to do that was to weaken Aaron. But even in his drugged state Aaron knew something was up. And that’s when the penny finally dropped. The last we saw, Aaron had grabbed the phone and began running. So some fans think he may have actually had it when he fell of the cliff. And if he dropped it, then it could be found nearby. Then, in last night’s episode, Ross told Sarah that she should try phoning Mack, because he might answer. And some fans think the emphasis on people calling him might be a clue that his phone is in the hospital. In that case, it could be found very soon. Aaron was the last person to be seen with the phone (Credit: ITV) Emmerdale fans convinced it will be found Taking to X, one fan wrote: “They are going to find Mack’s phone in Aaron’s pocket and not realise it’s not Aaron’s until Sarah keeps trying to phone him.” The theory was backed up on a Reddit thread too. One fan penned: “I wonder where the phone is. It was last handled by Aaron. But I don’t know if he took it with him to the gorge. John might have picked it up. “Ross suggested that Sarah text Mack. I wonder if she will and if the phone is in the hospital either with Aaron or John. Someone at the bedside will hear the notification and find the phone.” Another added: “I would think that in a case like this, the police would collect everything for evidence. But I would be absolutely fine with a scene where Sarah and the rest of the Dingle’s are crowding around Aaron and she goes to phone Mack. The hilarity of them all looking around confused.” With Aaron in a coma, and today’s early Emmerdale ITVX release revealing John’s fate, it would definitely be a huge twist if the phone belonging to Mack suddenly appears.
