It was the moment Robron fans have been waiting for for almost six years and it finally happened. When Ryan Hawley made his return, Emmerdale fans knew it wouldn’t be long until Aaron and him ended up in bed together. But just as they were enjoying each other’s company John was about to head into the house to check on his brother. While we know Cain’s news distracted him, was it a brief distraction? And what exactly would John do if he ever found out? Robron share a steamy snog (Credit: ITV) Aaron and Robert reunited in Emmerdale In extremely emotional scenes tonight, Robert Sugden broke down, fearing he had lost everyone important to him after John’s manipulation. As he smashed up his room, Aaron was outside and heard the commotion. Rushing in to check on things, Aaron found Robert in a devastating state, and let him break down in his arms. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers Later the pair chatted and Aaron allowed himself to open up to Robert about how he has been pushing him away because of his own feelings. After confessing he missed him, Robert took the opportunity to kiss his ex. And one thing led to another and they were finally back in bed together. But unbeknownst to them, John was just about to head into the house. Until he was distracted by news of Nate’s murder investigation being reopened. So while they may have escaped him finding out there and then – will he catch them out? Aaron feels guilty for betraying John (Credit: ITV) Will John catch Robron out? John ended up leaving and not going into the house. And while he always could return, Emmerdale spoilers for later in the week do show that he and Aaron plan to leave the village. Aaron feels guilty and convinces himself it was a one-time thing with Robert (we all hope/know that isn’t true). But John just thinks he’s wanting a fresh start with him. However there are quite a few ways that John could still find out about Aaron and Robert hooking up. And if he does, it will be absolute carnage – and amazing scenes! John has made it completely clear that he is willing to do whatever it takes to keep his perfect little life. So if he hears that his half-brother has slept with his husband, Robert will have gone back to being his number 1 target. We don’t know if Robron are setting off on another affair – which Emmerdale fans have been begging for. But if they do, then they are really playing with fire. Because if John finds out, explosive scenes would be basically guaranteed. However it plays out remains unknown. But we do know is after tonight – we’re one step closer to a full Aaron and Robert Emmerdale reunion!
