Mack gets suspicious in Emmerdale spoilers Charity can’t cope with the extreme guilt she feels about the baby. Knowing she could be carrying her own child with Ross Barton after a one-night stand instead of Sarah and Jacob’s baby as a surrogate is tearing Charity apart.
