Ruby suspects foul play when she catches Caleb sneaking out of their house early one morning. He’s been instructed to carry out a favour for someone, but clearly doesn’t want her knowing. What’s the truth behind this covert mission? Meanwhile, Ray tightens his grip on April as he employs her to be his full-time drug dealer. Gabby comes clean to Laurel about her night of drunken passion with Jorge, but Vinny remains schtum about his guilty secret. And as Charity undergoes a DNA test to find out whether she’s having Ross’s baby, Liam drops a devastating bombshell on Chas. Caleb embarks on a secret mission Someone instructs Caleb to do them a favour, and he feels obliged to assist. Knowing Ruby mustn’t find out what he’s doing, Caleb instructs Chas to help him. The siblings try sneaking out of The Mill early doors. But suspicious Ruby catches them and wants to know where Caleb and Chas are off to. Will Caleb come clean about who he’s helping? Or is this something he needs to try and protect Ruby from? Caleb’s shifty behaviour also doesn’t go unnoticed by business partner Jai. He’s annoyed by Caleb’s apparent casual approach to running the Depot. Will he work out what’s going on? Ray has April just where he wants her (Credit: ITV) 2. April turns drug dealer in Emmerdale spoilers Ross is suspicious when he witnesses a tense conversation between April and Ray. He invites his young friend for a chat at the cafe, but April doesn’t reveal the truth about Ray’s hold over her and Dylan. Over at The Depot, Dylan is getting stuck into his new job. But his day is interrupted by the arrival of Ray, who tries to entice him with the promise of a driving lesson. Paddy is delighted to hear Dylan is keen to get behind the wheel and suggests he teach him. But will he Dylan be forced to accept Ray’s offer? April’s hopes of being free of Ray are dashed when he reveals she’s still way off in repaying her debt. The dealer suggests there’s a way they can bring it down faster and drives April to a local carpark. Ray wants April to carry out a drug deal for him and gives her strict instructions of what to do. Fully aware of the risks, April completes the task. In reward, Ray hands her a burner phone, making April his new full-time dealer. Back in the village, Dylan enjoys lunch at The Woolpack with Paddy. He’s grateful for the vet’s kindness and support, but that doesn’t stop Dylan arranging another secret meet up with Ray. There his boss presents him with a fancy gift and Dylan accepts, unaware that he’s played straight into Ray’s hands. Later, April and Dylan look to the future, both blissfully unaware of the further terror Ray has in store. Vinny’s secret could destroy everything (Credit: ITV) 3. Gabby confesses to cheating on Vinny Married life is really not getting off to the best start for Vinny and Gabby. Following on from the drama of their wedding day, Gabby reveals a shocking truth to Laurel – she slept with someone else! It turns out Gabs cheated on Vinny with a man called Jorge while she was in Portugal. Ever since, Gabby’s been struggling to cope with the guilt of her drunken hook-up. Laurel urges Gabby to be honest with her husband, but she insists the secret is going with her to the grave. Meanwhile, Vinny is in turmoil when he recieves a letter asking him to testify against Mike in court. Viewers will know Vinny reported the homophobic blackmailer to the police on the day of his wedding. Vinny now has the chance to help put Mike behind bars, but he knows there’s a real risk that Gabby could find out everything. What will he ultimately decide to do? Later in the week, Gabby is excited about the prospect of Vinny being able to officially adopt Thomas. She’s ready to start the process, unaware the secret Vinny’s harbouring could blow their little family apart. Pregnant Charity is crippled by her guilt (Credit: ITV) 4. Charity takes a DNA test in Emmerdale spoilers Charity can no longer cope with the guilt of not knowing whose baby she’s carrying. And the only way to find out is by getting a DNA test done. Next day, Charity undergoes the procedure and lets Ross know what she’s done. But their secret is at risk of being rumbled when Chas witnesses them locked in conversation. Chas is suspicious that something is going on, but will Charity admit the truth to her? Charity is informed she’ll have to wait a whole 10 days for the results of the test. After all this is the tot going to turn out to be Sarah and Jacob’s? Or will Charity and Ross’s worst fears be confirmed? And what will they do then? Liam has some worrying news for Chas (Credit: ITV) 5. Liam fears he has prostate cancer Liam is putting off having his prostate check-up, much to Claudette’s horror. She fears her boss may have a serious problem after Liam admitted he’s been having trouble holding in his wee. Refusing to be fobbed off, Claudette insists Liam make time in his diary to attend a doctor’s appointment. But he thinks she’s fussing over nothing and ends up cancelling his scheduled check-up. While Claudette continues to be on Liam’s case, Manpreet gets a shock when she walks into his surgery. She finds Liam urinating in his hand basin and knows this isn’t normal behaviour. Manpreet insists Liam goes to see someone about this, and he finally listens. Ahead of his appointment, Liam decides it’s time to tell Chas what’s going on. He explains to his fiancée the symptoms he’s been experiencing and admits these could be a sign of prostate cancer. Having battled cancer herself, Chas is heartbroken at the thought of Liam having the disease. Will tests confirm their darkest fears?
