But it’s Robert who’s blamed for the fall after John frames him for his crimes. After all this has John got away with it? Robert catches up with Aaron and John at the edge of the gorge (Credit: ITV) John takes the ultimate revenge in Emmerdale spoilers The terrifying chain of events unfold after Aaron escapes John’s childhood cottage and races through the woods to find Mackenzie. By this point Aaron has realised his husband is a killer and discovered he’s holding Mack hostage in an underground bunker. Aaron’s desperate search leads him to the edge of a steep gorge, where he’s confronted by John. With nowhere left to run, John agrees to hand himself into the police. But then Robert suddenly appears and the plan changes. Robert is raging with John (Credit: ITV) Robert has rushed to Aaron’s aid, and John is consumed with anger and jealousy. He believes Aaron has orchestrated the whole thing as some kind of elaborate way to get back together with Robert. Tempers continue to build as the Sugden siblings square up to one another. John goads Robert, who raises his fist to him. Victoria learns a shocking truth from Paddy (Credit: ITV) Paddy raises the alarm with Victoria Back in the village, alarm bells are ringing for Victoria when Paddy drops a bombshell about John. article continues below Read all the latest spoilers The vet has made a discovery which has left him fearing for John’s welfare. Vic then immediately tries to call John but is unable to get through to him. Fearing the worst she asks Paddy to help join the search for her brother. Vengeful John pulls Aaron over the edge of the gorge with him (Credit: ITV) John takes Aaron over the edge with him Meanwhile, years of resentment at being the abandoned Sugden son boil over as John decides to take his revenge on Robert. He rings the police and makes out Robert is trying to kill him – and Aaron. Seconds later, John drags Aaron to the edge of the gorge. He wraps his arms around his terrified hubby, then throws them both over the edge. Robert screams in horror as his soulmate and psycho sibling fall through the air and crash onto the ground below. Robert can’t believe what’s just happened (Credit: ITV) Aaron is feared dead in Emmerdale spoilers Looking over the edge of the gorge, Robert sees Aaron splayed on his back with blood pouring from a wound on his head. Next to him is John, who’s lying face down on the rocks below. It’s not looking good for Aaron (Credit: ITV) It would be a miracle if either survive the impact of such a high fall. But miracles do happen in Soapland. Robert has been stitched up by John (Credit: ITV) John frames Robert for his crimes Robert dials 999 for help, but then finds himself under arrest as the police believe he pushed John and Aaron off the gorge. Robert insists this is all John’s doing, however his pleas fall on deaf ears as Chas vows to make him pay for what he’s done. Later at the police station, Robert is questioned over what happened. But he’s more concerned about Aaron and demands an update on his condition. As the rest of the village turn against him, Robert’s last hope hangs on Aaron waking up. Will he pull through and ensure justice is served? Or is he going to die and John quite literally get away with murder?
