Having played straight into his hands, Ray now has April – and Dylan – exactly where he wants them. What else does he have in store for the vulnerable teens? Just like poor Dylan. As the week begins, Dylan checks in with his girlfriend after her latest chat with Ray. Viewers will recall how April attempted to stand up to the dealer after she was nearly busted by the police, but Ray found a way to win her over. April still isn’t sure if Ray really has her and Dylan’s best interests at heart. However, the young couple try to remain positive and focus on the future they want to build. Later, April runs into Ray, who’s pleased to learn Dylan’s got himself a job at The Depot. Ross is nearby and clocks the anxious look on April’s face after Ray walks away. He invites his friend for a chat at the cafe, where April tries – and fails – to explain what’s worrying her. But the lad can’t escape his past, as a text message soon reminds him there’s no getting away from Ray. Knowing just how to manipulate his prey, Ray offers Dylan an impromptu driving lesson. Will he take him up on it? Paddy is delighted to hear Dylan wants to expand his horizons by getting behind the wheel and offers to teach him himself. Meanwhile, April is horrified to learn how much debt her and Dylan still have to have to pay off. Ray suggests there’s a way April can bring the figure down faster, and with that, she’s reeled in. Witnessing a viciously beaten lad nearby makes April realise what could happen if she messes up. But despite the risks she decides to do it. After successfully carrying out a demo deal, Ray hands her a burner phone. And just like that, April has become his full-time dealer. As Ray surprises Dylan with a generous gift, he only too pleased to accept. However, he has no clue that he’s played straight into Ray’s hands. Later at The Woolpack, April and Dylan finally feel as if things are looking up for them. But Ray is one who holds all the power now, and he’s going to use it. What will his next move be?
