Seeing the baby on the screen for the first time fills Charity with fear and panic over whose kid she’s really carrying. Will she, or Ross, tell Sarah the truth? Charity is in a complete pickle (Credit: ITV) Charity is in turmoil in Emmerdale spoilers Sarah is counting down the weeks until Charity gives birth, unaware that the baby inside her gran’s tummy might not even be hers. Viewers will recall Charity underwent fertility treatment to be a surrogate mum for Sarah. Days later she began bleeding and concluded the embryo transfer hadn’t taken, but doctors confirmed she was pregnant after all. Sarah and Jacob were over the moon – but what they didn’t know was that Charity had slept with Ross the week before – meaning there’s a strong possibility the baby is actually his. Ross has been on Charity’s case ever since, demanding a DNA test and threatening to out their secret. To add to all the stress, Charity is mourning the end of her marriage after Mack dumped her via text. Charity isn’t even 12 weeks yet, but the young couple just can’t wait any longer. Sarah is bursting with excitement at the prospect of seeing her little miracle for the first time, and Charity feels forced to go along with it. As the appointment gets underway, smitten Sarah and Jacob watch in awe as they see the tot moving around on the screen. But out of the couple’s eyeshot, the look on Charity’s face is one of total fear. She stares at the screen, knowing there’s a real chance that’s not her great-grandchild, but her and Ross’s kid.
