Killer John has struck again and appears to have claimed Mackenzie as his latest victim. A scary showdown in the woods saw John shoot Mack through the chest with an arrow then smash his head in with a rock to protect his secret.

Mack might appear to be dead and buried, but fans are convinced he’s still alive and being held hostage somewhere.

The net is closing in on John and he’s struggling to hold it together. He’s managed to convince Aaron to leave the Dales behind for a fresh start, but his husband knows something is wrong. Will he realise John is being haunted by bigger ghosts than Anthony?

Robert’s suspicions over John continue to mount

Meanwhile, pregnant Charity is going out of her mind with worry for Mack. The last thing she heard from her missing husband was a text (sent by John) calling time on their marriage. Charity is now left fearing something terrible has happened to him.

John is thrown into panic when he learns Charity is considering reporting Mack’s disappearance to the police. Not wanting to be around when they turn up, John makes an excuse to Aaron and rushes off. Aaron is left confused by his twitchy behaviour, but still doesn’t join the dots.

Afterwards, Victoria discusses Charity’s concerns about Mack with Robert, which raises his suspicions. Vic also lets slip that Aaron and John are permanently moving into John’s childhood home, which enrages Robert.

Determined not to lose the man he loves, Robert decides it’s time to take action…
